Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 23, 2026

Frontline Collective (“Frontline Collective,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit our website at frontlinecollective.org and engage with our ministry. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you fill out forms, sign up for our email list, or otherwise contact us
  • All ACH payment and banking data is transmitted directly to and secured by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. (see Stripe’s Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy). Credit and debit card donations are processed through FundraiseUp, which uses Stripe as its underlying payment processor (see FundraiseUp’s Privacy Policy at https://fundraiseup.com/privacy/). Frontline Collective does not store your full payment card or bank account information on our systems. To set up and verify bank (ACH) gifts, Stripe may use micro-deposit verification.
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide when communicating with us

Information collected automatically:

  • When you visit our website, we and our third-party analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our website, understand how visitors use our site, and support ministry and outreach efforts. You may adjust cookie settings in your browser, though doing so may affect certain website functionality

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our ministry
  • Process donations and issue giving receipts and year-end tax statements
  • Send ministry updates, newsletters, and other communications to those who have opted in to receive them
  • Send transactional communications including donation confirmations, giving statements, and other legally required correspondence
  • Analyze website usage to improve our site and outreach effectiveness
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of contributions for IRS and accounting purposes

Scripture References

When a Scripture reference appears on our site, you can hover (on a desktop) or tap (on mobile) to see the verse text in a small popup. That text is retrieved by our server from Crossway’s ESV® API and displayed on demand — the lookup is performed server-side, not by your browser, and involves no personal information and sets no cookies. The Read Full Text” link opens the full passage on a third-party Bible site in a new tab — ESV.org on desktop computers, or Bible.com (YouVersion) on mobile and tablet devices — each governed by its own privacy policy.

Email Communications

We will only add you to our email list if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@frontlinecollective.org.

Please note that even if you opt out of general ministry communications, we will continue to send transactional correspondence that we are legally or operationally required to provide, including donation receipts, year-end giving statements, and similar records.

Text Messages

If you have provided us with your phone number and consented to receive text messages, we may contact you via SMS for ministry-related communications. We will only send text messages to individuals who have opted in. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at info@frontlinecollective.org.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support website functionality and collect analytics data. We use third-party analytics tools to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. This may include data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify individual visitors.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of our website.

Our donation form uses the Google Maps Platform (Places API) to suggest addresses as you type. Address text you enter into that field is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How We Share Your Information

Frontline Collective does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We work with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating our website, processing donations, sending communications, and managing ministry operations. These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it appropriately
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process, such as a court order or government request
  • Co-hosted events or programs: In specific instances where we partner with another organization on an event or program, the sign-up or registration process for that specific activity will clearly indicate if your information will be shared with our partner organization. Such sharing will only occur with your knowledge at the point of registration

We will never share your personal data outside of these circumstances without notifying you.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain accurate ministry and financial records, and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. Donor and contribution records are retained in accordance with IRS requirements for nonprofit organizations.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@frontlinecollective.org and we will take appropriate steps to remove that information from our records.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Financial and banking data submitted through our website is handled exclusively by secured third-party processors and is not stored on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request information about the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and operational obligations (for example, we are required to retain donation records for IRS purposes)
  • Opt out: Unsubscribe from non-transactional email communications or SMS at any time as described above

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@frontlinecollective.org. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
